Worst Program Ever

I was looking for a decent Cad program something like AutoCad R14.

Came across this program @ 40% off needless to say it is GARBAGE!!!, I got duped by the screen shots thinking it could be useful, I could have done better with Windows paint. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I wonder if there is away to get my money back from this developer?
